Microsoft Lumia 532
Microsoft lumia 532 looks very much like the lumia 435, same 4 inch display and screen resolution, same battery capacity and design. But a closer look at the specs indicates it’s a more advanced windows 8.1 device. Featuring a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, the performance of Microsoft lumia 532 will no doubt surpass the lumia 435.
It’s also made available in two models, the single SIM and Dual SIM (micro SIM support) and as expected it offers enough color options for users to choose from.
Microsoft Lumia 532 – Overview
Microsoft lumia 532 comes with 480 X 800 pixels resolution at a 4.0 inch display just like the lumia 435. It runs on same windows phone 8.1 but had its processor upgraded from 1.2GHz dual-core to 1.2GHz quad-core with 1GB of RAM.
Lumia 532 is a little heavier weighing 136.3g but at 11.6mm it’s just a bit thinner; the differences aren’t much though, so you’ll barely notice the disparity. Another major upgrade was in the aspect of the camera, yes it features same disappointing 0.3MP front camera but with a more reasonable 5MP back camera which you’ll agree is far more superior to the 2MP offered in lumia 435.
About the storage capacity, it has 8GB built-in with the memory card support up to 128GB plus 30GB free cloud storage. The battery remains unchanged, a 1560mAh Li-Ion battery providing 528 hrs of standby time, 12 hrs of talk time and 61 hrs of music play.

Microsoft Lumia 535
Microsoft’s lumia 535 ended the era of the Nokia lumia brand and took over the earlier lumia 530. Featuring a 5.0 inch IPS LCD touch-display at 540 X 960 pixels resolution with a quad-core 1.2GHz processor, Microsoft Lumia 535 is a high-tech smartphone offered at a very affordable price; it’s actually one of the cheapest device running the most recent windows phone 8.1.
The Lumia 535 is a huge upgrade to Nokia Lumia 530 which got everyone disappointed as it didn’t feature much of an upgrade to the Lumia 520. On the new Microsoft Lumia 535 every aspect were improved, it got a wider display, the cameras and storage capacity were all upgraded and the most interesting part is that is still falls almost at same price with the Lumia 530.
Design, Display And Camera
The design of the Microsoft Lumia 535 is not much different from other top lumia smartphones. As expected, it gives you enough color options to choose from; we have the black, gray, blue, white, green and orange colors. It weighs 146 grams which is light enough when compared with other 5-inch smartphones, at 8.8mm it isn’t the slimmest either but it’s thin enough. The general design of this device is simply premium.
Lumia 535 spots a 5.0 inch display offering a 540 X 960 pixels resolution at 220ppi pixels density, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It doesn’t provide the most brilliant display but it’s quite sharp and colorful. However, we expect a better display as Microsoft releases more Lumia smartphones.
At the rear and front of Microsoft Lumia 535 are 5MP cameras, unlike the Lumia 520 & 530 it features a LED flash at the back. Also, the front camera came with the wide-angle lens feature of Lumia 735 and Lumia 830, enabling users take better selfies.
Software, Hardware, Internet And Connectivity
Microsoft Lumia 535 runs the latest windows phone 8.1 and with a 1.2GHz quad-core processor the performance will be amazing. The 1GB RAM, 8GB built-in storage space is impressive, the memory can further be expended up to 128GB via memory card.
It’s powered by a 1905mAh Li-Ion battery (BL-L4A) which on a normal use will run all day. Lumia 535 features dual micro SIM, according to Microsoft both SIMS will support 3G connectivity. Yes it doesn’t have 4GLTE, but you can still enjoy a download speed of up to 42.2mbps which i consider reasonable.
